We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the main avenue of this city. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and cheese from this region.

Spent Easter weekend here and it was great! the breakfast was excellent, especially the cheese, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for us since it was close to all the attractions and restaurants. We also loved the comfortable and clean room, and the peaceful surroundings.

The quality of the toiletries provided. the soap and shampoo were sub-par and felt like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, only a few steps away from the main avenue, where restaurants and bars are located. the room was adequately furnished and the bathroom was functional. the breakfast was enjoyable with freshly baked bread, juice, and coffee. the view from the rooms was not impressive at all and the facilities were minimalistic.

This hotel in Monte Verde exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the cozy rooms with a fireplace and bath to the delicious and well-served breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel, very close to the main avenue, was a great bonus.

The view from the rooms was spectacular, the mountains were simply breathtaking. It was a great location to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. Another positive aspect was that the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The quality of the soap was very poor, leaving our skin feeling dry and uncomfortable. during the tea time from 4 to 5 pm, the selection was minimal, offering only one cake from breakfast.
